system to be user friendly and offer you as the travel agent a flexible
solution with your earnings.
Blue Bucks in terms of this promotion is equivalent to real money
(South African Rands)
Below you will find the stipulations in order to earn Blue Bucks for
yourself and some information on the rewards system.
Blue Bucks will only be paid on reservations made with any one of the
discretionary rate promotion codes offered by Imperial Car Rental.
Any rental that cannot be closed due to accident damage, breach of contract,
payment/ account queries etc, will not earn Blue Bucks until the queries
surrounding the rental have been resolved.
Imperial Car Rental reserves the right to:

Change the Rates, Promotion codes and Blue Buck values without prior notice.

Change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice
Payment amounts for Blue Bucks
Effective 1 December 2007 you will qualify for:

R50 per rental, up to 5 rentals per month

R55 per rental, up to 10 rentals per month

R60 per rental, up to 15 rentals per month

R65 per rental, up to 20 rentals per month
-
R70 per rental, up to 25 rentals per month

note that the amount displayed, is the amount you will receive in your bank
account for every qualifying reservation!
Payout
will only be made on a minimum amount of R100 or more. If less than a R100 it
will accumulate.
Bluebucks
amounts per rental is only payable when it does not exceed the T&K revenue
for the rental.
Exceptions
for the Blue Bucks rewards system:
Bluebucks can
not be earned on corporate rates and promotion codes
In the cases
where the rental does not wholly match with the reservation, the following
rules will apply in order to earn Blue
Bucks:
Promotion codes
If a reservation was made with one of the qualifying Promotion codes Codes, but
at the rental stage the Promotion Code is changed to another Promotion Code
that also qualifies, the rental will be honoured according to the Promotion
Code used at reservation for the reservation
If a reservation was made with one of the qualifying Rate Codes, but at the
rental stage the Rate Code is changed to another Rate Code that does not
qualify, the rental will not translate into the a reward on the Blue Bucks
system.
Cancellations
In the case of cancellations, the reservation will not be honoured and no Blue
Bucks will be allocated.
No-shows
In the case of no-shows, the reservation will not be honoured and no Blue Bucks
will be allocated.
Reservation changes
The following changes will not influence the validity of a reservation or the
allocation of Blue Bucks:

Name/ driver changes

Changes in the date of the rental
-
Length of the rental
-
Method of payment
-
Additions, i.e. baby seats etc.

Delivery fees
Payment of Blue Bucks
Payment will only be made to travel agents whom have completed the entire
registration process and input all the relevant information needed.
Should a credit be passed and the rental invoice changed to another rate
(promotion code) after BlueBucks has been paid, your BlueBucks account will be
credited accordingly.
The Bluebucks per rental is only payable when it does not exceed the T&K
revenue for the rental
SARS Compliance
The tax man requires his pound of flesh no more no less! As such twenty five
percent will be deducted from all monies being deposited into your bank account
for Pay As You Earn. Imperial Car Rental does not receive any monies from this
twenty five percent. All these monies will be forwarded with your Pay As You
Earn details to SARS.
Indemnity
The travel agent indemnifies Imperial Car Rental against any loss of information
and warrants that all information supplied is correct, including material
information such as identity number, bank account number and tax number.
Imperial Car Rental will not be held responsible for any action it undertakes
based on any mis/information received by the travel agent.
Security
This website is secure and your personal information will not be disseminated to
any persons/company outside of Imperial Car Rental’s staff involved in the Blue
Bucks rewards system. A security certificate has been purchased on
behalf of Imperial Car Rental through Thawte (This certificate is registered
under the domain name of www.bluebucks.net).
Spending your money
Imperial Car Rental will not be liable for any claim arising from the travel
agent’s use/misuse/loss of any monies paid by Imperial Car Rental to the travel
agent especially if you get hurt carrying to many shopping bags down the
escalator.
